An individual is a living organism. The organism is self-contained, self-regulated, and self-sustained. The management of a self-regulated order appears to be unnecessary. But every individual is endowed with the power to choose freely and make one's own decisions. The use of the power of conscious thought by individuals may or may not disturb the self-regulated order of the living organism.
