A medio camino entre la literatura y la etnografia, Archivo de la delicadeza nace de una residencia de tres meses en el Museo Nacional de Artes Decorativas de Madrid entre los mas de 80 000 objetos de su coleccion. Su escritura se basa en la escucha de testimonios y en las observaciones de Shaday Larios y Jomi Oligor, detectives cuya labor consiste en escudriñar y descifrar el lenguaje y la memoria de los objetos: en las baldas de los almacenes del museo hay un temblor cotidiano que recorre cada uno de ellos. Es el deseo de que perduren. Es el deseo de que sigan aqui para atestiguar, pase lo que pase.

Shaday Larios (Mexico City, 1978) is an objectologist. She holds a PhD in Performing Arts from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Guanajuato (Mexico), and founded the object theater group Microscopía Teatro in 2004. She is dedicated to the research-creation of "documentary object theater" with her partner Jomi Oligor, from Navarra, with whom she directs the company Oligor and Microscopía. She is a co-founder, along with the aforementioned Jomi and Xavi Bobés, of the collective El Solar. Agency of Object Detectives, dedicated to exploring the links between neighborhood, memory, scene, and everyday objects. She works as a teacher and lecturer on objectuality and scene at multiple institutions. Additionally, she writes articles for various periodicals on contemporary poetics of animated form theater. With the text Post-Catastrophe Scenarios: Scenic Philosophy of Disaster, she won the International Theatrical Essay Prize 2010, convened by the National Institute of Fine Arts through CITRU, in coordination with Paso de Gato and Artez. She is the author of the book The Living Objects. Stages of Unruly Matter (Paso de Gato, 2018)
