Synopsis "Ätherische Öle und Nanoemulsionen (in German)"

Die Studie hatte zum Ziel, die Qualität und die antioxidative Wirkung von essentiellem Öl (OE) und Nanoemulsionen (O/A) aus den Blättern von Eucalyptus globulus Labil und Ocimum africanum Lour zu untersuchen. Es wurde eine signifikante Gesamtphenolzahl festgestellt, die mit einer effizienten antioxidativen Aktivität korreliert. Die ätherischen Öle wiesen in unseren Toxizitätstests keine hohe Toxizität auf. Wir beobachteten eine larvizide Wirkung des EO von E. globulus und O. africanum mit einer LC50 von 26,58 mg L-1 bzw. 35,89 mg L-1 und ihrer Nanoemulsionen mit einer LC50 von 12,01 mg L-1 und 14,75 mg L-1. Anhand der erzielten Ergebnisse wurde die larvizide und verstärkte Wirkung der Nanoemulsionen in den durchgeführten Tests nachgewiesen. Schlie lich zeigt diese Studie eine effiziente larvizide Aktivität gegen Aedes aegypti-Larven, was ihre Anwendung in Bereichen der Arbovirus-Vektorenkontrolle fördert.
