At one time or another we've all done it. Whether it was the health of a loved one, a last-minute touchdown, or a winning lottery ticket, we've all prayed for a miracle. In our fast-paced age filled with strife and sorrow, the vast majority of Americans hope the resolution to our problems lies in miracles. A Harris poll survey conducted a few years ago found that 84% of Americans believe in miracles. Clearly, we want to experience a miracle, and many pilgrimage to religious sites such as Lourdes or flock to places to strain our imaginations to see an image of the Virgin Mary in a potato chip. But has anyone actually witnessed a miracle? Certainly, we speak in euphemisms such as the 'miracle of birth' or 'all life's a miracle', but has anyone actually seen a real miracle, an event that appears to be contrary to the laws of nature and is regarded as an act of God? They've always happened in the past in the bible, why not today?Fast forward 2000 years to in a small town in northeast Pennsylvania. A country doctor, Dr. Shaun Page, has been performing miracles there for over two years. These are not the stereotypical "miracle cures" we often hear about, but nearly two hundred.
