Synopsis "Chlamydophila felis CHEZ LES CHATS DOMESTIQUES (in French)"

La présente étude avait pour but de réaliser le diagnostic sérologique de Chlamydophila felis en utilisant deux techniques sérologiques: l'immunofluorescence indirecte, selon les modalités du kit commercial (COMMERCIAL RIFI), et du test maison (RIFI OVO), et ELISA, ces tests RIFI OVO et ELISA étant préparés avec l'antigène de Chlamydophila abortus produit dans des oeufs embryonnés de poulet SPF. De plus, nous avons voulu réaliser un diagnostic moléculaire de C. felis et établir le diagnostic différentiel de la chlamydiose féline par rapport à l'infection par l'herpèsvirus félin de type 1 (HVF-1), le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (FIV) et le virus de la leucémie féline (FeLV).
