Synopsis "Constituants chimiques et potentiel bactéricide et fongicide (in French)"

Cette étude a évalué le profil chimique et l'activité antimicrobienne de l'huile essentielle (OE) de P. dioica. Les OE ont été extraits par hydrodistillation et caractérisés chimiquement par chromatographie en phase gazeuse couplée à la spectrométrie de masse (GC / MS). Les composés phénoliques totaux ont été quantifiés par la méthode de Folin Ciocalteu. Pour le test antimicrobien, la méthode de diffusion sur disque et de dilution en bouillon a été appliquée pour obtenir la concentration inhibitrice minimale et la concentration bactéricide minimale. Le constituant principal de l'OE était l'eugénol. L'OE a montré une activité bactéricide contre E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, Salmonella sp., B. cereus, P. mirabilis, K. pneumoniae, S. sonnei, C. albicans, Fusarium sp., Penicillium sp. et Aspergilus sp.
