Synopsis "Deadly Enemies: Deadly dangers on the Zambezi River"

Dutch Industrialist Martin Marius Wikffels is a communications industry tycoon who is actively attemptingto buy every blue diamond available, as well as blue diamond chips, to control a portion of the communications industry that uses blue diamonds as conductors. His partner, Gilles Ramanantsoa, son of Major General Gabriel Ramanantsoa, plans to use Wikffels's diamonds (which he plans to steal) to fund a bdaring plan to force board members of Ilmenite mining to sell shares to him, gaining control of the Ilmenite (titanium ore) mines of Talanaro, Madagascar. With that power, he plans to administer a coup and take over the government of Madagascar. Using his revolutionary high-powered titanium laser, he plans to 1control the satellite industry as well, and any company that does not purchase a satellite from his company will have its satellite shot out of space! The Zhanzhu Triad, now under the leadership of Ke Yi Zhanzhu and his sister, Mae Hao Zhanzhu, and their uncle, Tao Ling Zhanzhu, sees this as an opportunity to steal both the blue diamonds that Wikffels owns and the latest technology titanium prototype laser to target all current foreign communication satellites, leaving their companies as the sole providers of satellite communication. Beginning in Alaska with the raising of Wilhelmina's Song, this saga moves to the Zambezi River and into Africa as the crew of Bring It Up and its scientists try to save the river and the Indian Ocean from a red algae threat while exposing Wikffels, Ramanantsoa, and the Zhanzhu triad's quest for world domination in the communications industry.
