No posee

Werner Jaeger (1888-1961) was an influential German philosopher and philologist, recognized for his work in the philosophy of the history of philosophy and ancient Greece. He studied at German universities and specialized in the work of Aristotle, to whom he dedicated much of his career. His most famous work is Aristotle: Founder of Scientific Philosophy, where he deeply analyzes Aristotle's contribution to science and philosophy.

Jaeger was also a prominent scholar, teaching at various institutions, including the University of Berlin, before emigrating to the United States in 1936 due to the Nazi regime. In America, he established himself as a professor at Harvard University, where he continued to develop his research on the Greek philosophical tradition.

Throughout his life, Jaeger promoted the study of classical philosophy, particularly ancient Greek philosophy, and influenced contemporary philosophical thought with his focus on the development of scientific thinking and logic. His legacy endures in studies on Aristotle and the history of ancient philosophy.
