Farid, un niño de cinco años, asiste a la Institución
Educativa Inicial Amadeus, del asentamiento humano "Roberto Ruíz Vargas", en
el distrito de Yarinacocha. Inesperadamente, la tarde del 11 de julio de 2016, una persona que dice ser su tío ingresa en el plantel con el permiso de la encargada de cuidar la puerta. Llega al aula donde está el
niño y se presenta ante la docente también como su tío. Le dice que ha venido a recoger a Farid porque su abuela, quien suele hacerlo,
está en el hospital de Essalud de Pucallpa. Y entonces, sin
ningún reparo, se lo lleva. Farid, tres días después, es encontrado muerto.
