Javier Sierra Albert (Teruel, August 11, 1971) is a Spanish writer and journalist known for his historical mystery novels that explore mysteries and enigmas. He is the only contemporary Spanish author to have placed his novels in the top ten of the best-selling books in the United States, according to The New York Times. His works have been translated into more than forty languages, establishing him as a prominent figure in international literature.

Among his most notable works are The Secret Supper (2004), a finalist for the Ciudad de Torrevieja Novel Prize; The Invisible Fire (2017), awarded the Planeta Prize; and The Master Plan (2025), his most recent novel that combines art and mystery.
