Santiago Lazzati is an Argentine writer, consultant, and teacher specialized in management, organizational behavior, and the development of work competencies. He is the author of more than fifteen books aimed at professional training and performance improvement in organizational environments. Among his most notable works are Critical Thinking (2023), Behavioral Change at Work (2012), and The Manager: Strategist and Change Leader (2015). His production falls within the genres of essay and professional training, with a practical approach applicable to today's work world.
In addition to his work as an author, Lazzati is a full professor at the Faculties of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and the Catholic University of Argentina. He also serves as the director of strategic management consulting at SMS firm.
