Reality hits Percy when he arrives to his new property and finds out the true dimensions of his ranch and livestock. He meets Jeff, his new neighbor, who takes him under his wing, but he soon realizes that the life he longs for as a westerner is not all that easy, yet not beyond reach. His new life in Apache Junction takes him into a path of love and adventures as he takes up hiking, begins a real estate business, and accidentally enters showbiz, all while he hopelessly falls in love with a real girlfrom the Wild West.
