"Desde pequeño, la vida de Nakaba Suzuki se ha visto profundamente influenciada por el manga. La primera obra manga que compró fue, con apenas cinco años, “Dr. Slump”, de Akira Toriyama, y durante sus años de instituto seguía fervientemente los mangas de “Kinnikuman”, Hokuto no Ken” y “Dragon Ball”. Su pasión era tal que en 1994 logró debutar como mangaka profesional con la historia “Revenge”, gracias a la cual logró una mención en el premio Step Award de la editorial Shueisha.

Tras conseguir serializar las series “Kongoh Bancho” (2007-2010) y “Chiguhagu Lovers” (2012), actualmente se encuentra publicando “Seven Deadly Sins”, la más exitosa de sus obras hasta la fecha, con la que en el año 2015 consiguió el premio a mejor shonen en los premios Kodansha Manga."
