Jordi Bernet Cussó (Barcelona, June 14, 1944) is a renowned Spanish comic book artist, famous for his expressionist and realistic graphic style. Son of the cartoonist Miguel Bernet ("Jorge"), he began his professional career at fifteen, continuing the humorous series Doña Urraca. Throughout his career, he has worked in various genres, excelling in noir and erotic comics.
Among his most notable works are Torpedo 1936 (1982), with Enrique Sánchez Abulí; Kraken (1983) and Sarvan (1982), both scripted by Antonio Segura; and Clara de noche (1992), in collaboration with Carlos Trillo and Eduardo Maicas. He has also worked on titles such as Tex: The Man from Atlanta (1996) and Cicca Dum-Dum (1997). His work has been recognized with awards such as the Grand Prize of the Barcelona Comic Fair (1991), the Yellow Kid Award (1995), and the Inkpot Award (2011).
