Aitor Saraiba (Talavera de la Reina, 1983) writes, draws, makes ceramics, and sews. Over the last decade, his exhibitions have taken him around the world, from Los Angeles to Tokyo, through Portugal, Italy, the United Kingdom, the African continent, and many cities in Spain. He is the author of graphic novels such as El hijo del Legionario (Pepitas & Pimentel, 2011), Pajarillo (Ediciones de Ponent, 2012), and Nada más importa (Lunwerg, 2013), among other publications like his poetry book Sin ti soy yo (Lindo & Espinosa, 2015), his exercise book Cómo ser valiente, justo, feliz y otras cosas en la vida (Lunwerg, 2016), and the tribute to Roberto Bolaño and other cult writers made in collaboration with Paula Bonet titled Por el olvido (Lunwerg, 2018). His latest publication is Manos de primavera (Montena, 2019), an anthology, illustrated by Saraiba, of poems by Federico García Lorca.
