Eduardo Gil Bera
Eduardo Gil Bera, born in Tudela in 1957, is a Spanish writer, translator, and essayist. He has excelled in translating authors such as Montaigne, Rilke, Joseph Roth, Sloterdijk, Morgenstern, Hölderlin, Ungaretti, Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, and Stuart Mill.

Among his most notable works are the novels "On the Go" (1996), "I Love You All" (1997), "Everything Passes" (2000), and "Torralba" (2002), the latter awarded the Alfonso X el Sabio Prize. In the field of essays, he has published "The Hay Wagon" (1995), which earned him the Miguel de Unamuno Prize, and "Baroja or Fear" (2001), a critical biography of Pío Baroja. Additionally, in 2020, he completed a Spanish translation of Boethius's "Consolation of Philosophy," published by Acantilado Editorial.
