Michele Filgate
Michele Filgate's work has appeared in Longreads, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, The Paris Review Daily, Tin House, Gulf Coast, O, The Oprah Magazine, BuzzFeed, Refinery29, and many other publications. She is currently a master's student at NYU, where she received the Stein scholarship. She is a contributing editor at Literary Hub and teaches creative writing at NYU, the Sackett Street Writers’ Workshop, and Catapult. Things I Never Told My Mother is her first book.
