Holding a degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), she has led editorial projects in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Peru, and has taught courses in various Latin American countries. Since 1992, she has been a professor of the Publishing chair at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UBA and directed the Publishing Career at the same institution between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, she has collaborated with publishers like Santillana and held positions in initiatives such as the Educ.ar portal and the National Reading Plan.

Among her most notable works is From the Idea to the Book: A Manual for Managing Editorial Projects (2018), published by the Fondo de Cultura Económica in the "Books about Books" collection. This manual provides practical tools for professionally managing the editorial process, from the conception of an idea to its materialization in printed or digital format. She also co-edited Book Publishing in Times of Change (2017) with Fernando Esteves, addressing the contemporary challenges of the publishing industry. Both works belong to the essay genre and are considered essential references for professionals in the editorial field.
