Willard A. Palmer
Willard A. Palmer was a distinguished American musician, educator, and author, primarily known for his contributions to the study and teaching of piano. He was born in 1917 and devoted much of his life to developing pedagogical methods that facilitated musical learning for both children and adults.
Along with his colleagues Morton Manus and Amanda Vick Lethco, Palmer co-created the famous "Alfred’s Basic Piano Library" series, one of the most widely used collections worldwide for piano teaching.
