Máximo Pradera Sánchez
Máximo Pradera Sánchez (Madrid, July 21, 1958), better known as Max Pradera, is a prominent Spanish writer, journalist, scriptwriter, and musicologist. He began his career on the radio with the program "Lo que yo te diga", which earned him the International Ondas Radio Award in 1990. He gained notoriety on television by co-hosting, alongside Fernando Schwartz, the magazine "Lo + Plus" on Canal+, recognized with the Ondas Award for the most innovative program in 1996.

Among his most notable works are "El cáncer y la madre que lo parió" (2022), where he addresses his personal experience with the disease, and "Están tocando nuestra canción" (2021), which explores the connection between music and historical figures. Under the pseudonym Joseph Gelinek, he has published mystery novels such as "El violín del diablo" (2008) and "La décima sinfonía" (2009). His work spans genres such as non-fiction narrative, musical essays, and mystery novels.
