Synopsis "A Stick-figure's Guide to Healthy Living"

As a newly certified Personal Trainer back in 2012, it was my responsibility at the fitness club to introduce new members to our club and at times, introduce the new members to the basics of wellness by providing New Member Assessments. During these hour(ish)-long sessions, I was expected to cover some information regarding health and wellness but there was the higher expectation to make the sale. That "just give them a quick intro and make the sale" mentality never really resonated with me. I was more concerned with providing as much of an education as I could.
