About the Author Dr.Chella Brahmaiah was born on 01/05/1980 in Kadapa, A.P. He got his M.com., degree in 1st class from S.V. University. He got his Ph.D., degree from S.V. University in the year 2010. Presently he is working as lecturer in commerce in V.S.R. Govt. Degree & P.G College Movva, Krishna Dist. He published 6 articles in various national and international journals.He attended 12 national and international seminars/workshops. About the Second author Prof. M.Venkateswarlu was born on 9/12/1964. He obtained B.A (AES) Degree in 1st class from S.V.University 1985, M.Com Degree in 2nd class from S.V.University in 1987, he got his M.Phil Degree in the year 1990, he got his Ph.D degree from S.V. University in the year of 1992, he got his PGDCA and MBA Degrees during the years 2011, 2013 respectively. He has very long period of 22 years of P.G, Teaching experience, 5 M.Phil degrees and 19 Ph.D degrees were awarded under his able guidance. He has published 71 articles in various repeated National and International Journals. He has attended 35national, International conferences. He has completed one UGC MRP major research projects. He has organized one national seminar; he worked as Coordinator for M.Com A&F Course. He is a Member of Board of Studies in Davanagere University. He is editorial board member for SELP Journal in Tiruchirapalli. He is life member in various professional bodies like all India Commerce Association, All India Accounting Association, and Business Vision.
