Synopsis "Be Epic or Go Home: A Triathlon Journey: Team Triathlon's Recipes Included!"

Completing a sprint triathlon will allow five people to each win $25,000 and fund their dream of a lifetime. Jesse wants to start a CrossFit program for children. His wife, Diedre, wants to start a spa products business, but her battle with Type 2 diabetes may take them both down as she dodges the discipline of solid nutrition and rigorous triathlon training. Mel dreams of a bigger world than the small town of Hobart, and wants to bring self-esteem through fitness to women in a domestic violence shelter. Stuart is deathly afraid of water and will have to conquer the open water swim for the money that will let him develop an eco-friendly real estate business and maintain shared custody of his young son. Tracie wants job skills training for her sister who has autism, freeing her to take the job of her dreams. Their coach, Kevin, must hold the team together as they go through challenges, that none of them would have ever imagined. How does Kevin keep his focus when one of the athletes steals his heart, and how does he get them all across the finish line to claim their $25,000?
