Synopsis "Bewertung von Extraktionsmethoden für Nigella sativa (in German)"

Nigella sativa ist eine einjährige Blütenpflanze, die in Süd- und Südwestasien vorkommt. Nigella sativa-Öl enthält konjugierte Linolsäure, Thymochinon, Nigellon (Dithymochinon), Melanthin, Nigillin, Damascenin und Tannine. In der vorliegenden Studie wurde ein Vergleich zwischen der Extraktionseffizienz von Kaltmazeration, Soxhlet-Extraktion und mikrowellenunterstützter Extraktion durchgeführt. Die Kaltmazeration von Schwarzkümmelsamen ergab nach 21 Stunden Extraktion den maximalen Extrakt. Durch Soxhlet-Extraktion von Nigella sativa wurden maximal 6,75 g Extrakt gewonnen. Mit Mikrowellen wurde hingegen in nur 60 Sekunden Extraktion der maximale Extrakt (15 g/Gramm Pflanzenmaterial) erzielt. Somit wurde in der vorliegenden Studie nachgewiesen, dass die mikrowellenunterstützte Extraktion eine schnelle und effiziente Methode zur Extraktion sekundärer Metaboliten aus Samen von Nigella sativa ist.
