Grocery stores are emptied by looters and drugstores are ransacked. Law enforcement is non-existent. Police officers are at home, protecting their own families. Gone are the upper, middle, and lower classes - a great leveling has taken place. Politicians, judges, and billionaires are just a memory. Those not instantly killed by the weapons of mass destruction are left to face radiation, famine, and disease. If things weren't bad enough, prison gates are broken down and criminals are loose. Without law and order, ruthless gangs take over. A schoolteacher in Alabama loses everything. His life has no meaning. The only thing left to do is die - but he refuses. Setting out on a mission, he makes a war of his own - a war on thugs. It's a war with no rules and no boundaries - anything goes. The south finds a hero, but how long can one man stand against the evil militias? There are no winners in this war, only survivors.
