Julia Quinn discovered her passion for writing while preparing for medical school, but soon realized that her true path lay in stories, not science. Since then, she has built one of the most influential careers in romantic fiction, establishing herself as one of the most read and acclaimed authors in the genre.

With multiple titles at number one on the New York Times list, she has been recognized with a place in the exclusive Romance Writers of America Hall of Fame, an honor reserved only for a few prominent figures in romantic literature.
