The center's Executive Director, thirty-two-year-old Kennedy Johnson, has made a vow of celibacy, but her convictions are challenged when she is confronted with past sexual indiscretions and finds sexual chemistry with professional basketball player Orray Phillips. Kennedy's sixteen-year-old student, Reign Curry, tackles her own spiritual trials in trying to remain a virgin after meeting Todd, a manipulative, smooth-talking eighteen-year-old. The story crescendos when the lives of the women are forever changed after a positive swab test reveals a possible death sentence for one of the characters. The women of Crimson Heights will prove to take you on a passage of laughter, growth, spiritual warfare, desire, loss, and sisterhood.
