Yukiru Sugisaki (杉崎ゆきる), born on December 26, 1974, is a Japanese mangaka known for her style that blends visual elements of shōnen with shōjo plotlines. She made her professional debut in 1995 with Namaiki no "N" in Monthly Asuka magazine, after winning the New Talent Award from that publication. Her most iconic work is D.N.Angel (1997–2021), published by Kadokawa Shoten, which gained great popularity and was adapted into an anime in 2003.

Other notable works by Sugisaki include The Candidate for Goddess (1997–2001), Brain Powerd (1998–1999), Lagoon Engine (2001–2007), Rizelmine (2001–2002), and 1001 Knights (2012–2017). She has also published artbooks such as Neutral (1999) and D.N.Angel Illustrations Feder (2003), which compile illustrations from her most famous works. Although some of her series have remained unfinished, her influence in contemporary manga is significant, especially for her ability to blend genres and appeal to diverse audiences.
