En esta obra, su autor utiliza el concepto de "dispersión", tomado de la palabra griega "diáspora" en Sant 1:1, como clave exegética y hermenéutica para interpretar a toda la carta de Santiago dentro de su contexto histórico, social y literario, pero también a partir de las realidades de desplazamiento humano y fragmentación que experimentan muchos migrantes en el día de hoy. Los destinatarios de la carta, quienes fueron obligados a desplazarse a causa de la persecución que se desencadenó a raíz del martirio de Esteban, viven fuera de Palestina en un contexto de desparramo y fragmentación a varios niveles, cuya fe el escritor intenta restaurar y fortalecer por medio de una serie de prácticos consejos profético-sapienciales comunicados en forma de quiasmo. In this book, its author utilizes the concept of "dispersion," taken from the Greek word diaspora in James 1:1, as an exegetical and hermeneutical key to interpret the letter of James in its historical, social, and literary context, but also taking into account the realities of human displacement and fragmentation that many migrants experience today. The addressees of this letter, who were obligated to migrate as a result of Stephen's martyrdom, live outside of Palestine in a context of dissemination and fragmentation at several levels, the faith of whom the writer seeks to restore and strengthen through a series of practical, prophetic, and wise exhortations communicated in a chiastic form.
