Der Sozialraum, der im INSOLA-Band 1 netzwerktheoretisch als lokaler und regionaler Raum der kommunalen Daseinsvorsorge definiert wurde, soll nun im INSOLA-Band 2 in seiner Form als Genossenschaft gekrnt werden. Diese Idee soll theoretisch fundiert hergeleitet und interdisziplinr begrndet werden. Es geht dabei nicht um die unternehmensmorphologische Blickweise auf die Sozialraumentwicklungsimpulse von genossenschaftlichen Einzelsozialgebilden wirtschaftlicher, sozialer und kultureller Zwecksetzungen, sondern um die Idee des Sozialraums als Genossenschaft aus der Sicht einer sozialen Morphologie. Grundlage ist eine personalistische Kritische Theorie als neokantianische Metaphysik des ethischen Sozialismus.
