Seine linke Seite schien eine einzige lange, unangenehm spannende Narbe

Zdálo se, že jeho levá strana má jednu dlouhou, nepříjemně těsnou jizvu

und er mußte auf seinen zwei Beinreihen regelrecht hinken

Ein Beinchen war übrigens im Laufe der vormittägigen Vorfälle schwer verletzt worden
