Bob de Moor (December 20, 1925 – August 26, 1992) was a prominent Belgian comic strip artist, known for his skill in the Ligne claire style. He began his career in animation studios and, in 1949, joined the team of the "Tintin" magazine, where he closely collaborated with Hergé on several Tintin adventures, including the reworking of "The Black Island" (1965).

Among his most notable works are "Barelli" (1950), an adventure series starring a young actor and detective; "Cori, the Cabin Boy" (1951), which tells the adventures of a young sailor in the 17th century; and "The Enigmatic Mr. Barelli" (1956), one of the most recognized stories of the Barelli series. Although he did not receive awards in his lifetime, his legacy in European comics is widely recognized.
