Muy interesante el libro, ya había leído otros libros del autor, y me gustó que en este inicialmente fue más la explicación teoría y científica de lo que es el estrés, para al final ya dar estrategias para regularlo, las cuales son muy acordes con sus otros libros. Lo recomiendo mucho. Es un libro corto y facil de leer.
