Although the social and biological reality shows distinctive elements among human beings, these categories are insufficient to separate the condition of person, since this condition is indivisibly and inalienably attached to every human being. Nor are they suitable factors that allow a rational alteration of the juridical sphere of rights and obligations. With this state of affairs, vox populi, it is worth reviewing once again the specialized studies on gender and sex, and to present the legal measures, analyzing their effectiveness in favor of equality.
