Essence. The Particle of Life: "A scientific fable about the cycle of vital essence on its journey through the universe."
Rikki Agu (Author) · Independently published · Paperback
There is something that escapes all measurement, all equations, all forms of language. Something so small it cannot be seen, and so vast it cannot be contained. It is not matter, it is not energy, it is not information. And yet, it is there. It has always been there. Some call it essence, soul, vital energy. Others prefer not to name it. In this tale we shall call it "Essence", or "the Particle of Life". It is neither a secret nor a mystery. It is a presence. A form of continuity that does not belong to space or time, yet passes through them as though they were water. It does not move: it shifts. It does not travel: it resonates. It does not seek paths: it finds homes.
When a body can no longer sustain life, something is released. It is not a soul. It is not a spirit. It is an echo. A formless heartbeat. A vibration that preserves, for an instant, the trace of what once was. And that echo does not remain still. It does not fade. It does not fall silent. It expands.
At a speed that does not belong to the known universe, the Particle of Life crosses the void as though that void did not exist. It obeys neither light nor gravity nor anything that can be measured. It obeys only one thing: the need to find another place. For life, even when it seems to stop, keeps searching. It keeps moving forward. It keeps carving its way towards places where it may continue.
This book tells of that shifting. That silent passage. That journey that carries the Particle of Life from an origin that no longer matters to a destination it does not yet know. We do not speak of endings. Nor of losses. Not even of farewells. This tale focuses on what continues. On what is released. On what crosses the universe leaving no trace, yet leaving meaning, in order to find compatible worlds, kindred rhythms, places where life not only exists, but welcomes.
This is the journey of the Particle of Life, of an essence that does not fade.
