Synopsis "For Shame, Boone! For Shame, Iowa! The Disappearance of Norma Maynard"

The true story of how the Chief of Police in the central Iowa town of Boone, population 12,000, covered up the murder of an innocent 61-year-old, recently widowed, citizen to allow the scumbag perpetrator to walk free. The woman (the author'a sister) was caused to vanish - as if she had never existed. The author's twelve year battle to have his sister's murder properly investigated failed as it met with a stonewall of resistance at city, county and state level. The missing woman's remains have not be recovered, although they are on property within city limits. The city of Boone and the state of Iowa forever will be the site of this covered up murder. For shame, Boone! For shame,Iowa!
