Because he got divorced. He had problems with his HR company at his accountancy firm. HR were bullying and humiliating him, and he was depressed because of that. The divorce depressed him, and his illness with his neck. Spasmodic Torticollis. Dystonia. A very painful neurological disorder, that renders the muscles of the neck to move involuntarily.
