Gooseberry and Friends. A Stinky Adventure - Sandra Lea Lilly

The is a lighthearted, fun book in which Gooseberry, a young goose, sings a song about sharing, helps a friend store food for winter, dances with a friend very different from himself, learns about bathing, and shares his taste for yummy broccoli, apples and berries. There is a mishap with Scampy Skunk which he feels bad about it, so he goes searching for Gooseberry to apologize to him. As a result of the mishap, Gooseberry encounters objects he has never seen before when he wanders into the farmer's house. He has an amusing experience in this human world and has his own interpretation for how everything should be used. Children will be delighted by Gooseberry's interpretation of their world.

Humorous illustrations and talking animals make this book entertaining to children. Scampy Skunk, Peppy Squirrel, Miss Daisy and Mister Fish are characters Gooseberry encounters on his adventure. This spunky little goose has a funny, unique, and creative learning experience.
