The aim of the book Green Financial Instruments (GFI), support tool of open financial markets was to create a plan of proposals for measures and solutions to support the national and international economy through "green bonds" financial instruments, namely the proposal of financing mechanisms and models for innovative financial instruments in the context of the crises generated by the current challenges.In the framework of the book, we proposed to approach the topic of the "green" financing instruments of the European Union in the post-Covid relaunch process and their potential for strengthening the single market and economies of the member states, appreciating that it is relevant in the conditions of the current disturbances in the evolution of the markets at the national level and at the level of the European Union, but also as a result of the support financing mix (credit and grant) of the European Commission for the member states. It is also proposed to present a plan of measures and solutions to support the national economy through financial instruments "green bonds", especially green bonds with maturity in 2058.
