Synopsis "Heavenly Appointments: A Novel About Abortion, Healing, and Forgiveness"

This story will carry you down a road of heartbreak and healing with a mother and daughter who suffer great loss, until they discover the source of recovery and wholeness. The father's untimely death throws the family into chaos. Overwhelmed with grief, the mother, Suzanne, is unable to help her struggling daughter cope. Unfortunately, Erin reaches out for comfort in the wrong place and ends up pregnant-twice. The dark cloud of abortion overshadows their home and almost destroys any hope of a peaceful or meaningful life. Years later, when Suzanne takes her final breath, she wakes up in heaven. Guided by an angelic being, much to her surprise, she gains a new perspective and discovers that the most grievous earthly disappointments can miraculously become "heavenly appointments." As you walk with Suzanne and Erin, you too will find healing for the pain of your past.
