To capture memory and history-dependent effects in disease spread, the Atangana-Baleanu-Caputo fractional derivative is applied. Analytical properties such as existence and boundedness of solutions are established using iterative methods, while numerical simulations demonstrate that vaccination, treatment, and improved public health interventions significantly reduce infection levels and increase recovery rates.
