Katie Novak is an American educator and author specialized in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), with over 20 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. Holding a PhD in curriculum and instruction, she has published more than 16 books on inclusive practices and educational leadership, selling over 300,000 copies worldwide. Among her most notable works are UDL Now! (2023), Equity by Design (2020), Innovate Inside the Box (2019), and Unlearning (2019), all focused on implementing UDL in diverse educational contexts.
