As mentioned before, customer loyalty is the ultimate goal of any business. The thesis tries to create an intelligent business website so that it begins with bilateral interaction between the customer and the web. Web content will take an action to identify the customer by intelligent agents for customer relationship management science and continue its management to complete web customer process.
