Brian John Bolland (n. 26 de marzo de 1951, Butterwick, Lincolnshire, Inglaterra) es un ilustrador y dibujante de cómics británico. Se hizo famoso por su detallado estilo gráfico, especialmente en portadas, aunque también ha trabajado en interiores. Entre sus obras más reconocidas están Batman: The Killing Joke (1988), escrito por Alan Moore, y la maxi-serie Camelot 3000, con guion de Mike W. Barr. También destacó como autor de tiras más íntimas y personales como Mr. Mamoulian y The Actress and the Bishop, recopiladas en Bolland Strips.
