The title of this book is "Somalia: What is out of Equilibrium?" It’s a four parts deal with different aspects of Somali life (justice system, clannish, administrative system, politics and confusion). Part One discusses the socio-political and economic life of Somalia during the era of the civilian governments. Part Two deals with the Revolutionary period. Finally, Part Three (A) sheds light on the civil wars; and (B) is about a case study of a faction conference.

Saeed Osman Kenadid’s book, who is the author of "Somalia: What is out of Equilibrium" is a map of contemporary Somali issues, which is drawn in satirical forms. The central themes of "What is out of Equilibrium" are forms of "Kaftandhable" (satirical comedies) which are the censurship of the wickedness and follies of the Somalia society; the treatment of vices. It censures, ridicules and whips the follies and vices of society.
