Synopsis "Konflikt und Solidarität im Choro-Zirkel von Aracaju/SE (in German)"

Diese Arbeit ist das Ergebnis einer zweijährigen Forschungsarbeit (2009 bis 2011) über die Choro-Zirkel in Aracaju/SE und die dort aufgebauten sozialen Beziehungen. Der Schwerpunkt der Forschung lag auf dem Verständnis der Rivalitäts- und Solidaritätsbeziehungen zwischen den Gruppen, die den sogenannten Choro-Zirkel der Stadt bildeten. Die Musik wurde als organisierendes Element dieses Zirkels angesehen, das sowohl als Identifikationskriterium als auch als Konfliktpunkt zwischen den Mitgliedern der acht verschiedenen Gruppen diente, die zu dieser Zeit existierten.
