Nueva Babilonia no se detiene en ninguna parte, puesto que la Tierra es redonda. No conoce fronteras, puesto que han dejado de existir las economías nacionales, ni colectividades, puesto que toda la humanidad es fluctuante. Cualquier lugar es accesible a todos y cada uno de los individuos. Toda la Tierra se convierte en la morada de los terrestres. Cada cual cambia de lugar cuando quiere, y va adonde quiere. La vida es un viaje sin fin a través de un mundo que se transforma con tanta rapidez que a cada instante parece distinto.' Constant
