When the world without caused my world within to explode into the insanity of psychosis and neurosis, a friend ask me if I new about mindfulness. I practiced mindfulness and I awakened and so my journey towards self-realisation began.

I practiced daily and learned how to control my thoughts and replace negative monkey mind talk (madness) with positive mantras and powerful silence.

Life is now very peaceful, full of love, happiness and gratitude, every moment of the day and night.

I just had to share it with the world as others have done for me!
