Synopsis "Nada, Nadie. Las Voces del Temblor (in Spanish)"

Nada, nadie.

Elena Poniatowska (Paris, 1932), Mexican writer and journalist of French-Polish origin, arrived in Mexico at the age of nine fleeing World War II. After studying in a religious boarding school in the U.S., she began her career at the newspaper Excelsior and established herself as a key voice in journalism and Spanish literature. Founder of media outlets like La Jornada and magazines like Fem, she combined her literary work with social and feminist activism. Author of emblematic works such as La noche de Tlatelolco (chronicle of the 1968 student movement) and novels like Leonora (about Leonora Carrington), she has received awards such as the Cervantes (2013), the Alfaguara (2001), and the Rómulo Gallegos (2007). Her works span novels, essays, poetry, and children's literature, always with a commitment to justice and historical memory.
