Diese Studie untersuchte die antioxidative, entzündungshemmende und antiarthritische Aktivität eines mit Syzygium gekreuzten ätherischen Öls (EO) auf beispiellose Weise. aromatisch, Pimpinella anisum, Illicium verum, Cinnamomum verum und Pimenta dioica und ihre jeweiligen Nanoemulsionen. EO wurde durch Hydrodestillation extrahiert und durch GC-MS charakterisiert. Die Nanoemulsion (O/W) wurde durch die Methode der Phaseninversion bei niedriger Energie erhalten. Die antioxidative Aktivität wurde durch die Methode der Entfärbung von Hydroxylradikalen gezeigt. Für die entzündungshemmende Wirkung wurde die Methode der Ovalbumin-Proteindenaturierung verwendet. Für die antiarthritische Aktivität wurde die Denaturierung von BSA-Proteinen mit Cyclooxygenase verwendet. GC-MS identifizierte 48 chemische Komponenten, von denen die meisten (E)-Anethol (23,19 %) sind. Die Nanoemulsion zeigte einen IC 50 von 37,60 mg l -1 für antioxidative Aktivität, einen IC 50 von 20,91 mg l -1 für entzündungshemmende Aktivität und einen IC 50 von 48,56 mg l -1 für antiarthritische Aktivität. Bemerkenswert ist, dass nanoverkapselte Systeme eine Alternative zur Verbesserung pharmakologischer Eigenschaften darstellen können.
